Acupuncturist at The Arbour Kenilworth

I’m Emma, a fully qualified, degree-level trained, Traditional Acupuncturist and work from a quiet space in the heart of Kenilworth.

My inspiration to learn the ancient art of Five Element Acupuncture came after my own life was turned upside down 20 years ago, when I suffered with grief and severe anxiety.

I was fortunate to find an acupuncturist who treated my mind, body and spirit as one. Through their care, I rediscovered balance, strength, and a sense of self I thought I had lost.

This experience inspired me to retrain and help others find the same natural and authentic path to healing. It marked the beginning of my journey — and my passion — for Chinese Medicine, a classical system of healing that has been practiced for over 2,000 years.

I completed a three-year degree level Professional Licentiate Acupuncture course at The Acupuncture Academy in Leamington Spa. My training is extensive and covers all aspects of Chinese medical and acupuncture theory, with a focus on Traditional Five Element Acupuncture.

This approach focuses on treating the root cause of illness — whether physical, emotional, or spiritual — rather than simply addressing the symptoms. By restoring balance at this deeper level, Five Element Acupuncture helps ease discomfort and supports the natural return of physical, mental, and spiritual harmony.

Alongside Traditional Acupuncture, I am also qualified in MoxibustionCuppingauricular acupuncture and Gua Sha, and I incorporate these techniques into treatments as needed. I also offer dietary and lifestyle guidance based on the principles of Chinese medicine.
